My extensive experience in metallurgical and manufacturing engineering is available to help you resolve issues related to materials selection, production or fabrication, facilities layout, equipment selection, manufacturing defects, material failures and related problems.  I have specific industry experience in manufacturing steel and steel products, wire, tubing and thermal spray coatings.

I've been able to apply that experience for clients involved in the selection of new materials to enhance an existing product line, development of in-line testing methods and statistical process control systems and designing an inspection system for finished components.

My experience in working for  steel companies, metals processors and fabricators, along with government agencies, and college teaching, can be put directly to work solving your problems.   As I continue to work with a variety of organizations and participate actively in such professional activities as ASTM committees and Florida Engineering Society's Energy Committee, I'm constantly learning new things about materials and their applications, that I can apply to add value to your projects.
